Please contact our office and ask for an initial consultation if you have questions about fee schedules. Your out-of-pocket amount will be determined by your insurance benefits such as what portion of your deductible has been met and your co-pay amounts.


Our accepted payment methods include checks, debit cards, and all major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard and American Express). Our policy stipulates that the fee is payable at the time of your consultation or treatment session.


Unfortunately, Dr. Matsuki is not an in-network provider for any insurance panels as of now. If out-of-network benefits are available for your insurance plan, our office submits your claims to your insurance company on your behalf for reimbursements. Based on your active insurance coverage, we will provide an estimated financial responsibility, calculated from your specific benefit levels. If you need assistance, please contact us. We are here to help you. Also, we will contact your insurance company in case you need to obtain a pre-authorization in advance.

Cancellation Policy

If, for any reason, your session needs to be cancelled or rescheduled, you must provide us two business days’ (48 hours’) notice. This means that, for appointments scheduled for a Monday, our office must be notified on or before the preceding Friday. According to our policy, we will collect the full amount of the appointment fee if you fail to cancel and miss a session, or cancel a session with less than 48 business hours’ notice.
